Offloading Protocols

As an initiative of the tuna industry through CEPESCA on April 30, 2014 the “Protocol of Intentions for monitoring fishing activity, is signed by the General Secretariat of Fisheries, of ships of interest to Span flying the flag of a third country.”

In order to improve the transparency of the activities of the fleet of AGAC flagged in a third non-EU country and to facilitate the monitoring and tracking of ALL our ships, we are committed to providing to the General Secretariat of Fisheries the following information on a VOLUNTARY basis:

Satellite monitoring IN REAL TIME through VMS

Copy of available fishing licenses validated by the flag State

Copies of logbooks and declaration of offloading and transhipment
