95% of the catches of the freezing tuna fleet is intended for canning. Ships designed for it, can also snap freeze tuna for sale to other destinations.

Most tuna caught by our fleet is destined for canneries, with a very small market-share of frozen tuna for direct consumption.
The main markets where our catch is sold, besides Spain which is the market that resulted in the creation of this fleet, are coastal countries where we fish:
- Atlantic: Abidjan (Ivory Coast), Cape Verde and Senegal.
- Indian Ocean: Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar and Bangkok (Thailand).
- Pacific: Manta and Posorja (Ecuador), La Union (El Salvador) and Guatemala.
All these countries, except Thailand, have the European Union as their main end market, so that almost all of the production of our fleet supplies the EU which is the largest consumer of canned tuna worldwide.
